    Absolute Mag™ Anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) Magnetic Particles, Smooth Surface, Cross Adsorbed, 3.0-3.9 μm (# WHM-S075) have a thick layer of polymer coating with covalently coupled goat anti-mouse IgG (H&L) antibody on the surface of the beads. No exposed iron oxide on the surface of the beads makes them beneficial in applications where exposed iron oxide causes undesirable interferences. The secondary antibodies coupled to the surface of particles are affinity purified and cross-adsorbed to achieve minimal cross-reaction with other immunoglobulins. These particles are paramagnetic in nature and perform rapid magnetic responsiveness.
