BioForce Nanosciences Announces Confirmation of Its Nanoarray Patent

BioForce Nanosciences, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of BioForce Nanosciences Holdings, Inc., today announced that it has received notice from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that its 'Protein Nanoarray' patent (US Pat. No. 6,573,369) has been upheld following a request for re-examination of the previously issued patent by a third party.
